I have a friend with Fibromyalgia that tries to exercise but finds sleeping regularly tend to help reduce the symptoms more effectively. She uses a body pillow to support her legs and ease the cramps while she sleeps. I wish there was more I could do to help.

This is a nice post, and Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Adrenal Fatigue can have very similar symptoms, and there are some studies that show that a large percentage of Fibormyalgia and Chronic Fatigue also have underlying adrenal problems. Why more women have fibro could be because men simply are not diagnosed, AND, a lot of doctors just use the diagnosis of fibromyalgia as a "cluster or shotgun diagnosis". They can't figure it out, guidelines don't allow for extensive testing, so let's just use the Dx of Fibromyalgia. Keep posting good information. - Jen Busch, "All In My Mind?" Overcoming Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.
